Another situation that comes up a lot is one where the site is created by someone competent with web design but for one reason or another, the author of the site is unavailable or unwilling to continue working on the project.
If you like the original look, we will replicate the design in the rebuild. If you don't like the design, we will do a full on redesign on top of the rebuild.
The best way to avoid a wall is to remove it entirely. When working with someone else's codebase, everything you do is in relation to what they created. Because we value creative freedom, we find that it's easier to simply start fresh.
